Everyone’s Editor

I can’t help but feel the parallels between writing a book and living life. The more I write, the less clarity I have about how and why I am writing. The more we live, the less clarity we have about how and why we are living.

Every book author needs a good editor, thier last line of defence, so they don’t drown in the purgatory of the unfulfilled dream of writing a book. A good editor keeps the writer returning to what matters most: writing as their natural self and sharing their innate value with their readers.

Midlife is everyone's editor, the last line of defence, so you don’t drown in the purgatory of an unfulfilled life. Midlife keeps bringing you back to what is important: living as your most natural self and sharing your innate value so the world is a little bit better than how you found it.

The upheaval we feel in midlife is the same confusion, conflict, and sometimes anger a writer feels when the pages come back with a laundry list of revisions meant to clarify the book's authenticity and purpose. A good editor is relentless, so is Midlife at helping you stay authentic, deliver your value and earn the fulfillment you deserve when your life is finished.
